Disposable, consumable, or hygiene-related items (e.g., test strips, needles, filters, batteries, bulbs, strings, etc.) are not covered under warranty.


3. What the Warranty Covers
The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended, and proper use.
During the warranty period, Tingo Market or the product manufacturer will, at its discretion:
  • Repair the product using new or refurbished parts, or
  • Replace the product with an identical or equivalent model, or
  • Issue store credit or a partial refund, if repair/replacement is not possible.

4. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, or improper handling.
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly.
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading, corrosion, etc.).
  • Damage caused by power surges, voltage fluctuations, water, or fire.
  • Software defects, virus infections, or data loss.
  • Consumable parts or accessories (batteries, bulbs, fuses, cables, reeds, etc.).
  • Products used for commercial or rental purposes unless explicitly covered.
  • Damage resulting from transportation after delivery.

Warranty claims will not be accepted if serial numbers, warranty seals, or security stickers are tampered with or removed.


5. Warranty Claim Procedure
To submit a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

6. Shipping and Return Costs
  • Within Warranty Period:
    Tingo Market covers return shipping for verified warranty claims.
  • Out of Warranty or Invalid Claims:
    The customer is responsible for shipping costs for both directions.

7. Manufacturer Warranty
Some products may be covered directly by the original manufacturer’s warranty.
In such cases, Tingo Market will assist you in contacting the manufacturer or authorized service center. Manufacturer warranty terms vary by brand and product type.

8. Limitation of Liability
Tingo Market’s total liability under this warranty shall be limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product as described above.
