2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing times may vary during peak seasons, promotions, or special sales events.
Customized, bulk, or pre-order items may require additional processing time (up to 7–10 business days).
3. Shipping Coverage
Tingo Market ships products locally and internationally through trusted courier and logistics partners.
a) Domestic Shipping (Within Country)
We deliver nationwide to all major cities and regions.
Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
b) International Shipping
International shipping is available for select items.
Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on destination, weight, and product type.
Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees (if applicable).

5. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, delivery location, and selected courier service.
Free shipping may be offered on promotional events or for specific products or order values.
For wholesale or bulk orders, shipping fees may be calculated manually after order confirmation.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
The tracking number, and
A link to track your package in real time.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
7. Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately due to:
Stock availability from different warehouses, or
Logistics partner limitations.
You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
8. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two (2) times at the provided address.
If delivery fails after repeated attempts due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the order will be returned to us.
Re-delivery may incur additional shipping charges.
Please ensure your delivery address, phone number, and contact details are correct at checkout.
9. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@tingomarket.com.
Include your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue.
We will investigate and resolve the matter promptly through repair, replacement, or refund (depending on the case).
Do not discard packaging materials or damaged items until your claim is fully resolved.
10. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international shipments:
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country.
Tingo Market is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
If the package is refused due to unpaid fees, the customer will be responsible for return shipping and any incurred costs.
11. Bulk & Wholesale Orders
For large or wholesale orders:
Shipping times may vary depending on quantity, packaging, and carrier availability.
Freight or cargo shipping options (air, sea, or land) may be arranged for heavy or bulk goods.

12. Delivery Confirmation
Once an order is marked “Delivered” by our courier partner:
Tingo Market is not responsible for lost or stolen items after confirmed delivery.
Customers are encouraged to track shipments and be available to receive them.
13. Delays & Force Majeure
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by:
Natural disasters, extreme weather, or pandemic restrictions,
Customs inspections or government actions,
Transportation issues or strikes beyond our control.
