The 2024 KTM 690 Enduro R is a high-performance, lightweight dual-sport motorcycle known for its versatility both on and off-road. It combines a powerful 693cc single-cylinder engine with a lightweight chassis, high-end WP suspension, and advanced electronics, making it capable on both trails and tarmac.
Performance and specifications
- Engine: Powered by a 693cc LC4 single-cylinder engine, the motorcycle produces 74 horsepower and 73.5 Nm of torque. It features a slipper clutch, a Quickshifter+ for seamless clutchless gear changes, and two balancer shafts to reduce vibrations.
- Suspension: The 690 Enduro R is equipped with fully adjustable WP XPLOR suspension, including 48mm upside-down forks in the front and a WP XPLOR shock with a Pro-Lever linkage in the rear. Both offer 250mm of travel.
- Chassis: The chromoly steel trellis frame and a rear fuel tank that doubles as a structural subframe keep the weight low and centralized for agile handling.
- Brakes: Brembo brakes with wave discs provide excellent stopping power. The Bosch 9.1 MP ABS system includes both a cornering mode for the road and a switchable off-road mode that disables ABS on the rear wheel
